Meet me on your mat for this quick yet effective session, focusing on the glutes and core, with a bit of love for the upper back and shoulders as well. I'm using a fabric resistance band , but you could use a rubber one , or simply use your own bodyweight. This is a great add on to a walk or run, or just perfect if you are short on time!
