These mindful movement sessions, ranging from 10 - 60 minutes, will focus on enhancing our quality of life by improving strength, posture, mobility, balance, flexibility, and overall feelings of wellbeing. Each class is guided by The Principle of Pilates (breath, centering, concentration, control, precision, and flow) with the goal of fine tuning the mind/body connection for stronger, safer and more efficient movement, throughout all seasons of life.
All exercises can be modified or progressed to meet you exactly where you are in your fitness journey.
