Each class is guided by The Principle of Pilates (breath, centering, concentration, control, precision, and flow) with the goal of fine tuning the mind/body connection for stronger, safer and more efficient movement, throughout all seasons of life.
All exercises can be modified or progressed to meet you exactly where you are in your fitness journey.

TOTAL BODY 20 - Glute focused with Loop band

This loop band sesh is perfect if you're short on time or after a walk or your favorite cardio. While it can totally be done with just your bodyweight, the addition of a loop band ( I'm using a medium resistance fabric one), will add some heat to those glutes, and force the core to work a tad harder to stabilize.
