Each class is guided by The Principle of Pilates (breath, centering, concentration, control, precision, and flow) with the goal of fine tuning the mind/body connection for stronger, safer and more efficient movement, throughout all seasons of life.
All exercises can be modified or progressed to meet you exactly where you are in your fitness journey.

This Total body lenghthening and strengthening sesh is great if you're short on time and want some good bang for your buck. While the loop band and light weights certainly do bring this to the next level, they are totally optional. Simple yet effective mindful movement for that feel good total body experience.
