Each class is guided by The Principle of Pilates (breath, centering, concentration, control, precision, and flow) with the goal of fine tuning the mind/body connection for stronger, safer and more efficient movement, throughout all seasons of life.
All exercises can be modified or progressed to meet you exactly where you are in your fitness journey.

TOTAL BODY 30 with double loop bands

We are packing a lot into this 30 minute mat session! Upper body, core, glutes,~ with just the right amount of feel good mobility and flexibility work! While this can be done without bands, they definitely add just the right amount of spice to the mix!
You could use a rolled up hand towel (lengthwise) for the seated upper body portion, gripping it at each end, creation tension.
I am using a light and extra light here. Let's do this!!!
