    Grab a loop resistance band ( I'm using a fabric one) and a set of light weights ( if you have), and a yoga block or pillow for this 20 minute full body mat session. Mindful movement, with a bit of added resistance, will fire up those glutes and core, with a quick upper body finisher! So good!!
