Meet me on your mat for 30 minutes of core and glute focused mindful movement with our trustee friend the loop band!! No loop band, no problem! Creating our own resistance through the air, with controlled and intentional movement, is always a great option. Worry not, we will sneak in a few push ups and some feel good mobility, to leave your entire body feeling strengthened and lengthened! Let's do it!!
