A tabata is 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest, 8 times for a total of 4 minutes. We will be performing one in standing and one on the mat, with a loop resistance band ( if you have one). I am using fabric, but rubber would be perfect. This is glute focused, but we will get in some core, and a bit of cardio with this fast paced spicy routine! Let's have some fun!!

Grab a fabric resistance band ( if you have one- rubber is fine), or simply use your own body weight, for 20 minutes of booty focused ,mindful movement on your mat. Strengthening and lengthening at it's finest!!
