This loop band sesh is perfect if you're short on time or after a walk or your favorite cardio. While it can totally be done with just your bodyweight, the addition of a loop band ( I'm using a medium resistance fabric one), will add some heat to those glutes, and force the core to work a tad harder to stabilize. As always, listen to your body and Do You!!!
