Grab a loop band ( fabric or rubber) and meet me on your mat for a total body session, that is sure to get you all fired up in the right places! While the loop band is not necessary, it will definitely add some spice to this short but sweet movement sesh. Nothing fancy here~ bridges, dead bugs, clams, push-ups and Super-humans are in the line up, with some feel good lengthening to wrap it all up. 'Tis the Season to get moving!!
